Sunset is coming: Taboo changes scenery and the beach prepares for the Sun Salutation

When the warm red color of the summer sun merges with the intense blue of the sea, the sound of the GONG in the center of the beach with its hypnotic chimes,
pays homage to the splendid natural spectacle. With a round of applause WE GREET THE END OF THE DAY that is passing away and the arrival of the MAGIC OF THE NIGHT.

At TABÙ BEACH the moment of sunset is exciting and celebrated through this RITUAL, MAGICAL in its simplicity.

The staff members gather in a big hug, admiring the breathtaking spectacle of the sun diving into the sea.

The sun salutation is a simple but powerful way to demonstrate the IMPORTANCE OF TAKING A MOMENT from your frenetic life to breathe and be grateful to nature, simply by admiring it.

Sun Salutation

An ancient practice of liberation dedicated to the sun salutation, focused on a continuous and repetitive movement guided by the breath to break the patterns of the mind and regenerate the body.

You can enjoy a special aperitif by the sea in relaxation at sunset on the towels on the ground at the end of the session.

Every Wednesday and Sunday from 7pm to 8.30pm followed by an aperitif.
